We provide a complete approach to athlete training. We involve professionals in all aspects to give the athletes on our program international standards of doing things.
This helps them have an easy time when they can participate in international competitions like the Olympics.

 

Health & Nutrition

Look at their diet. We involve nutritionists to provide customized meal plans to ensure they work at optimum levels.

They check on the BMI, height, weight, among other parameters relevant to the sport. In some cases, they take the supplement for muscle endurance, in line with the Olympics committee’s recommended health standards.

That is when we look at any drug abuse and toxins in the body as a prerequisite to join our program.

Strength Training

Focuses on muscle endurance, flexibility, and endurance levels. Every athlete is different; hence the fitness instructor plans the workouts to suit every athlete to have the best based on their body needs and nutritional requirement.

Lifestyle & Behavior Change

Discipline is a core value in our organization. We want to have disciplined athletes who respect and have good virtues, for they carry the organizations’ mantle wherever they are.
We take athletes from vulnerable backgrounds that may have questionable behavior. That is not a challenge to us, for we understand the environment can push them to engage in funny behaviors.
In that case, we now enroll them in a behavioral change program to shape their character to suit organizational objectives.
In that department, we have counselors, psychologists, and educationists to offer help in lifestyle change.

 

Rehabilitation Program

Gives hope to the hopeless and also a voice to the voiceless.
As long as you have the will to run a marathon or a short race Irrespective of your background and your past, you can still benefit from our program- giving athletes a second chance in the international athletics sports scene.

 

Psychosocial & Emotional Support

Looks at physical health goes hand in hand with emotional health.
We want to have socially, mentally, and emotionally healthy athletes to ensure they can do their best in the field.
