        Three former Kentucky Wildcats, Memphis Grizzlies Mike Conley invited to Team USA Mini-Camp

        Lexington, KY – Former UK men’s basketball All-Americans DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis and John Wall are among 27 players – including Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley — who have accepted invitations to attend the 2013 USA Basketball Men’s National Team mini-camp that will be held July 22nd through July 25th in Las Vegas, NV., USA Basketball Chairman Jerry Colangelo announced June 12th.

        Memphis Grizzlies to part ways with head coach Lionel Hollins

        Memphis, TN – The Memphis Grizzlies announced June 10th that the team will not offer head coach Lionel Hollins a new contract when it expires on June 30th and effectively immediately, he is no longer with the organization.

        Memphis Grizzlies hold open house for potential season ticket holders at FedExForum

        Memphis, TN – The Memphis Grizzlies are opening their doors to Grizz Nation and inviting fans to “test drive” seats for the 2013-14 season at an Open House on June 22nd from 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. at FedExForum.

        The Open House is free to attend and the first 200 fans through the door will receive a ‘Believe Memphis’ headband.  Free parking will be available in the Toyota Parking Garage.

        With Grizzlies Season Ticket Account Executives on-hand to assist, fans will be able to get a first-hand look at available seat locations, as well as the lowest available pricing on Season Tickets.  Those in attendance that purchase tickets will have the opportunity to tour the Grizzlies locker room. «Read the rest of this article»

        Memphis, TN – The Memphis Grizzlies will hold their first pre-draft workout on Wednesday, June 5th at the Coventry Health Care Practice Facility inside FedExForum.

        The Grizzlies own three second round draft selections – the 41st, 55th and 60th overall picks – in the 2013 NBA Draft, which will be held on Thursday, June 27th.

        Memphis Grizzlies and Tony Allen donate over $90,000 to the American Red Cross to assist tornado victims in Oklahoma

        Memphis, TN – The Memphis Grizzlies announced June 3rd members of Grizz Nation, the Grizzlies organization and Grizzlies guard Tony Allen have collectively raised and will donate over $90,000 to the American Red Cross to help the tornado victims in the surrounding Oklahoma City area.

        The Red Cross and the Memphis Grizzlies collected donations for those affected by the devastating tornadoes that hit Oklahoma at Games 3 and 4 of the Western Conference Finals vs. the San Antonio Spurs at FedExForum.         Memphis Grizzlies to host 2013 Summer Basketball Camps

        Memphis, TN – The Memphis Grizzlies will host their 2013 Summer Basketball Day Camps at several locations in Memphis and the Mid-South in the upcoming months.

        The camps are open for boys and girls ages 6-16 and will give these basketball enthusiasts of all skill levels and experience the chance to learn the game from the ground up.  From the art of the jump shot to defensive footwork, experienced instructors will share their knowledge and love of the game during sessions that focus on improvement both for the individual and within a team setting.
