APSU Sports Information
Clarksville, TN – Soon after Austin Peay State University’s (APSU) baseball team saw its season come to a close, the members of that team departed Clarksville to continue their development in collegiate summer baseball leagues across the country.
A dozen Governors began the summer stationed in seven different collegiate leagues, including sophomore John Sparks who landed with the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Florence Redwolves of the Coastal Plain League
Clarinda A’s of the M.I.N.K. Collegiate Baseball League
Cobras of the Show Me Collegiate Summer League
Ozark Wild of the Show Me Collegiate Summer League
