Knoxville, TN – The Tennessee Lady Vols will be hosting Auburn in an SEC contest, Thursday night at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville. This marks the 48th time these programs have met.
The Lady Vols are atop the SEC standings and are coming off an 83-64 home victory over Vanderbilt, marking the 37th straight year that UT has won 20 games in a season. UT has won three straight since being upset at Missouri on February 3rd.

Auburn has snapped an eight-game losing streak on Sunday as the Tigers beat in-state rival Alabama, 70-53 at Auburn Arena. The Tigers tasted victory for the first time since beating Ole Miss on January 10th, 76-52, when they improved to 13-3 overall and 2-1 in SEC play at that point.
Tennessee has won 15 of its last 16 games vs SEC foes, dating back to last season, including seven in a row at home and seven of its last eight on the road.
Tennessee holds a 37-10 all-time record vs Auburn, dating back to February 9th 1980, and have won five in a row in the series and 21 of the past 23. Their last loss to Auburn was March 7th, 2009, when the Tigers handled UT, 78-58 in the semi-finals of the SEC Tournament.
