        Ohio Valley Conference 2013 Women’s Basketball Championship broadcast on ESPN3

        Brentwood, TN – The Ohio Valley Conference announced Wednesday that the Conference’s 2013 Women’s Basketball Championship semifinals and final will be aired on ESPN3 and select stations in OVC markets.

        Among the select stations are WJXS (Jacksonville, Ala.), WCTE (Cookeville, Tenn.) and WEIU (Charleston, Ill.).

        ESPN3 is ESPN’s live multi-screen sports network, a 24/7 destination that delivers thousands of global sports events annually and accessible online via WatchESPN.com.  It is available to approximately 70 million homes at no cost to fans who receive a high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated provider.

        The network is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers connected to on-campus educational networks and on-base military networks. It can be accessed on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and on ESPN on Xbox LIVE through an affiliated provider.

        Bob Belvin and Jim Tirey will be calling the women’s basketball semifinals and final for the third straight year.

        The semifinals will take place on March 8th, 2013,  while the final will be held on March 9th, 2013,  at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.  The two semifinals tip at 12:00pm and 2:00pm CT while the final begins at 1:30pm CT.
