University of Tennessee’s Jarnell Stokes named SEC Player of the WeekKnoxville, TN – The Southeastern Conference office announced Monday that Tennessee power forward Jarnell Stokes has been named SEC Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 4th-10th. Stokes averaged a double-double for the Volunteers last week, and his active streak of five straight double-doubles is tied as the longest such streak by an SEC player this season. In dominant performances vs. Georgia and South Carolina, the Memphis, Tenn., native averaged 18.0 points and 10.5 rebounds.
